Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Simply contact our care coordinator and we will adjust your plan from the next billing cycle.
Do you offer hourly services?
Yes, we offer hourly services starting from ₹150/hour for basic attendant care. Contact us for a customized quote.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Our minimum engagement is 7 days. However, for ICU at home and critical care, we recommend a minimum 15-day plan for continuity of care.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and EMI options. Cash payments are also accepted for monthly plans.
Do you provide services on public holidays?
Yes, our caregivers are available 365 days a year including all public holidays. We never leave a patient without care.
